Over the past 20 years since 2004, Shoreline Capital Management has become one of China's leading special situation funds and bank debt asset purchasers except for the four AMCs.

1. We have raised and managed fund size approximately 1.5 billion USD.
2. Our investments have covered more than 20 provinces nationwide.
3. We have purchased and processed bank debt assets with a principal exceeding 100 billion RMB.
4. We have established close connections with local Chinese professionals, AMCs, banks, and partners in every province.
5. We are familiar with judicial environments of each province after experiencing thousands of court cases.
6. Our Fund I has achieved expected returns in counter-cyclical situations.
