On October 22, 2016, the "Second China Non-Performing Assets Industry Summit Forum," hosted by the China Non-Performing Assets Industry Alliance and Shoreline Fund, was successfully held at the Yuecai JW Marriott Hotel in Beijing. Ms. Zhang Xiaolin, the Chairwoman of the China Non-Performing Assets Industry Alliance and Chairman of the Shoreline Fund, was invited to attend the forum.

At 15:45 on October 22nd, during the sub-forum segment of the forum, Shoreline Fund held the "Shoreline Capital Management Experience Sharing and Asset Promotion Conference in Cooperation with Service Providers," chaired by Ms. Ou Kaixia, the HR and Administration Director of Shoreline Capital Management. The main focus was on the future development and cooperation model of Shoreline Fund.

At the conference, Ms. Zhang Xiaolin, the Chairwoman of Shoreline Fund, elaborately discussed "Future Investment Cooperation Directions and Institutional Cooperation Models in NPL (Non-Performing Loans)." Mr. Ma Jidong, the Executive General Manager of Debt Asset Investment at Shoreline Fund, along with various investment strategy leaders, provided a detailed explanation of Shoreline Fund's domestic service provider system and cooperation models. At the end of the forum, Shoreline Fund's project leaders introduced the assets of Shoreline Fund and facilitated project connections.
