Ms. Zhang co-founded Shoreline Capital in 2004 and has since managed much of the company’s operations and investment projects. She has been involved in every aspect of Shoreline’s Chinese distressed debt acquisitions and disposals. In 2015, Ms. Zhang served as the Principle of China's Non-Performing Loan Industry Coalition which encompasses thousands of core industry chain enterprises in the field of non-performing assets, such as local banks, asset management companies and law firms, etc. Ms. Zhang is familiar with real estate investment and its development process based on her past experience of founding a property development company which completed investment and development of 5 real-estate projects. Ms. Zhang is a domestic investment expert with 22 years of investment experience, including 16 years of experience in distressed asset investment. She founded Shoreline Capital Management which is the core platform for the distressed debt and special situation investment market in China - a market-oriented and deep investment management network centered on Shoreline Capital Management with nationwide coverage. Ms. Zhang also has a distinguished educational background, graduating from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
